I absolutely loved the artistic decorations throughout the hotel. It added a touch of elegance and sophistication to the ambiance. The general areas were well-designed and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The hallways were spacious and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. It was a pleasure to admire the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the hotel, adding a touch of culture to my stay.
I would have appreciated better accessibility options for senior people. While the hotel did a good job overall, I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in helping us with our luggage or providing extra support for mobility issues.

The hotel's decoration was simply exquisite, featuring elegant furnishings and a charming vintage touch. The common areas were beautifully adorned with tasteful artwork, creating a sophisticated ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, with well-maintained ramps and elevators making it effortless to navigate.
It would have been even better if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The accommodation at this lakeside hotel was simply incredible - beautiful big rooms and a jaw-dropping bathroom with all the modern amenities. The view from our deck was mind-blowing, overlooking the sparkling lake. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's jetty with its super loungers made swimming in the lake a breeze. The restaurant offered stunning views of the water and the food was top-notch, although a bit pricey. Despite the expense, we would definitely return to this incredible place. The location was absolutely perfect, creating a very romantic atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The hotel itself had fascinating artistic decorations throughout, adding to the overall experience. Checking in late and being able to sit in the restaurant after the kitchen closed was a nice touch. We also loved that we could hire a boat through the hotel, which was a fantastic way to explore the lake. Additionally, the owner let us use his garage, which was a bonus since we visited during the off-peak season. this hotel had the best breakfast ever, along with a huge bathroom and a perfect balcony. The location couldn't have been better. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

This place is beautifully situated just outside the city center, making it easily accessible by foot. The stunning view of the lake from the hotel adds to its charm. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely deck overlooking the lake. The hotel offers a private beach/jetty where you can enjoy tanning and swimming. The restaurant not only provides excellent breakfast options but also serves delicious meals with a breathtaking view of the lake right on the water. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with top-notch services.

Modern, clean, excellent waterfront location, quiet and familiar.
The breakfast is served on the table but you have to ask some kind of meal because if you don't ask it, they don't serve you. We order water for breakfast and we had pay it in the check out (4,00 eur). The parking is of payment and too much tiny. It is not recommended. You must left the keys of the car in reception. When we try to leave in the morning, we could not do it because it was lost. Finaly, after nearly 30 minutes of waiting, the key appeared in the pocket of the boss of the hotel. Too much time wasted and our travel planification was broken.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right on the lake! The location, just outside the city center with walkable distance, was ideal for exploring the surroundings. The hotel facilities were sparkling clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were warm, friendly, and most helpful.
All was perfect.

This is a small family-run and charming Italian hotel in a wonderful location right on Lake Garda with a jetty out into the water. The hotel is in a pretty, old Venetian-style building and oozes character. Breakfast was delicious and served on the beautiful waterside terrace. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant but if breakfast is anything to go by it is probably very good. The centre of Gargnano is a five-minute walk away.
The only draw-back is lack of parking but there is a pay car-park about 100m away.

The lakeside setting of this hotel was stunning with beautiful views of the lake. The balcony overlooking the water was perfect for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. The hotel's location was also ideal, just a short walk from great restaurants and local attractions. The sparkling clean and contemporary decor was impressive.
The wifi was slow and unsecured, which was a bit inconvenient for browsing or working. The noise from some nearby construction work on Sunday morning was also a bit of a disturbance.

Services, friendly staff and location
The billing and financial are not very reliable. I have been given someone else bill and after paying discovered it was not mine. Then I was given my bill and they have offered me a dicount for the room (Euro 120/night) even though I was supposed to pay Euro 220/night, which was good offer then after few days, I noticed an email including a new bill with full charges of (Euro220/night) and was charged on my personal Credit Card instead of my Business Card. This would cause some issues with my employer and have to justify the new charges and why on my personal cc. I have wrote back to the hotel but they have not responded to my email. This situation is very disappointing and I would like to have good explaination for this and why they have given me the discount first and then changed their mind. Appreciate your invistigation and response. Thanks

The staff made our stay feel like home, beautiful spot, Italian food at its finest, superb accommodations, lovely lake view from the deck.
Nothing, all great.

The hotel's decoration was simply charming, with its elegant and traditional Italian style. The beautiful paintings and antique furniture created a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were always tidy and well-maintained, making it easy for us senior folks to navigate and relax comfortably. I also loved how accessible the hotel was for us, with ramps and wide corridors that made it easy for me to move around with my walking stick.
I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people if there were more handrails or support bars in the bathrooms. It would have given us seniors an extra sense of security and stability when using the facilities.

This lakeside hotel offers idyllic surroundings with beautiful views and lovely accommodation. The rooms are modern and well decorated, with some interesting artistic touches. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The breakfast is delicious and there are facilities available to hire a boat. It is the perfect location for a quiet stay on Lake Garda.
There were incidents where outside diners took over the small restaurant area and jetty, making it difficult for hotel guests to enjoy the facilities uninterrupted.
